What to send us
Email with your receipt or order number, and the address you bought with. That's enough for us to find you. If you've lost the receipt, write anyway and tell us roughly when you bought, and we'll do our best.
A few honest details
One code per person, and it doesn't stack with anything else. Each one is good for a single purchase, and it's yours rather than something to pass around.
Nothing you already have goes away. The pack you downloaded is still yours to keep and use, whether or not you ever buy a licence here.
