Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective Date: 2026/08/09 • Last Updated: 2026/08/09

Welcome to Applifted (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Description of Service

Applifted provides downloadable creative assets such as vector shapes, animated components, and other design resources (“Products”). Access to them is organised into 4 tiers — Free, Solo, Team, and Extended — which differ in how many people and how many products or sites they cover, and in what they permit. Part of the catalog is free to everyone under the Free tier; each of the others is a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription, and no tier expires. Which tier you hold is what determines the scope of your license; Section 5 and our License page set out the tier-by-tier terms.

2. Account Registration and Authentication

You can sign up using Google or GitHub via our authentication service provider, Clerk. Clerk securely verifies your identity and provides us with your name, email, and profile image to manage your account and Pro access.

3. Payments and Transactions

Payments are securely processed through Polar.sh and Stripe. We do not store payment card details or banking data, only transaction status, timestamp, and the last four digits of your card (if available).

4. Product Access, License, and Updates

When you purchase a Product, you receive a lifetime license to use that Product and access all future updates and improvements (even if the collection expands or features are added). If we ever terminate our business, we will email all paid customers a downloadable copy of their purchased Products.

All Products remain the sole intellectual property of Applifted. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the Product, not ownership of it.

5. License and Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use our Products in personal, business, and commercial projects, including client work, websites, and applications. What exactly that license covers — how many products or seats, and whether it includes the right to ship Products embedded inside something you sell or distribute — depends on which tier you purchased (Free, Solo, Team, or Extended). The full, tier-by-tier terms are set out on our License page, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

Regardless of tier, you may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Products as vectors — as a standalone icon pack, vector library, or asset collection; on any stock or asset marketplace; or by uploading them to a public repository or asset library whose purpose is making the raw files themselves available for download — whether or not money changes hands. This applies on every tier, including Extended, without exception.
  • Modify and resell Products as your own, in whole or in part.

Whether you may ship the Products embedded inside a larger product you sell or otherwise distribute — as part of a template, theme, UI kit, starter repository, or open-source project, where the vector files are a component of what you built rather than the product being sold on their own — depends on your tier: only Extended includes that right. See the License page for exactly where that line falls.

Handing a client the Products as delivered, as part of the project they commissioned, is not redistribution under these Terms and is permitted on every tier — see the License page's handover section for what the client may and may not do with those files afterward. Outside of the seats your tier includes and the handover described above, the license is not transferable.

Upon termination of your license under Section 7, you must immediately cease all use of the Products and permanently delete all copies in your possession or control. Deleting your account is not, by itself, one of the ways a license can be terminated — see Section 8.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for digital goods are available in specific cases. To request one, contact us at hi@applifted.work with a description of your issue. Requests are reviewed individually and may be approved or denied at our discretion. A refund, once issued, terminates the license granted for that purchase — see Section 7.

7. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service, and to terminate the license attached to a purchase, at any time for violation of these Terms. A refund, payment reversal, or chargeback on a purchase automatically terminates the license granted for that purchase the moment it occurs — no separate action by us is required, consistent with Section 6. Upon termination, your license to use the Products ends immediately. You agree to destroy or delete all copies of the Products in your possession.

We actively enforce our intellectual property rights and may pursue legal action or issue DMCA takedown requests for unauthorized redistribution or resale.

8. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing hi@applifted.work. Account deletion removes all stored personal data. It is not, by itself, a way to terminate a license, and it does not void one: a paid license is a lifetime license, and deleting your account does not take it away. What you may lose is the convenience of downloading purchased Products or checking your license through an account dashboard — keep your receipt and your downloaded files if you plan to delete your account. A license only ends the ways Section 7 describes: breach of these Terms, a refund, or a payment reversal or chargeback.

9. Updates, Support, and Availability

We may release updates, fixes, or improvements to Products at our discretion. All updates are subject to these same license terms. Team and Extended licenses include 12 months priority support from the date of purchase, as stated on the License and Pricing pages, and we honor that commitment. Beyond what a given tier includes, support is offered at our discretion and not guaranteed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, publishing a new version number and effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply going forward. If you already hold a license, the license grant described in Sections 4 and 5 — what your purchase entitles you to do with the Products — continues to be governed by the version of those two sections in force on the day you bought it, not whatever we publish later — and Section 9's support commitment, since it's part of what a tier was sold with, travels with that grant too. The rest of these Terms, including refunds and termination, apply as currently published regardless of when you purchased.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and specifically the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
